Victors & Spoils (V&S), an advertising agency, was co-founded by the three former members, Claudia Batten, John Winsor, and Evan Fry, of the advertising agency, Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B) in the year 2009. V&S, situated at Boulder, Colorado, was founded on the principles of open innovation and crowdsourcing. The company found a leading position through Agency Machine by obtaining the unique ideas for its ad campaigns. John Winsor, the CEO, felt the need of changing the techniques that advertising was done. However, the task was become quite difficult to accomplish due to high integration of traditional models.
