Describes the distribution operations in Europe, Polaroid. In the late 1980s, Polaroid senior management in the United States proposed a transition from a system of 12 decentralized to a centralized warehouse distribution system, in which all inventory for retailers will be in the Dutch European distribution center Polaroid website. Most of the subsidiary general managers were against the proposal, as well as the European marketing organization Polaroid website.
