Peace Games: A Non-Profit's Journey from Birth to National Expansion (B) Case Solution

In 1992, The protagonist of the case started working on a social service job known as Peace Games, an one-day festival to teach school-age children about co-operation and peace. Dawson, nevertheless, had larger ideas for the program. Managing within Harvard, and afterwards through the independent nonprofit that he founded, Dawson transformed Peace Games into a kindergarten-8th grade, year-long conflict resolution curriculum from an easy celebration of community, which he hoped to implement in schools across the country.

As challenging and as essential as the construct of program structure in it self, but he had to create, fund, along with manage a company that can carry the project ahead. This case gives a background on how he developed his company in the city of Boston and established a Peace Games outpost beyond Massachusetts; moreover, attempted to start a major national growth deemed essential not only to reach significant numbers of kids and communities, but to pull the backing that the organization needed to endure.
