Peace Games: A Non-Profit's Journey from Birth to National Expansion (A) Case Solution

Eric Dawson, the main individual in this case, began working on a social service project known as Peace Games in 1992 as a Harvard Freshman. Peace Games is a one-day festival to educate school-age kids about co-operation and peace. Dawson, however, had larger ideas for the program. Managing first within Harvard, and after through the independent nonprofit that he founded, Dawson transformed Peace Games from a straightforward party of community into a kindergarten-8th grade, yearlong conflict-resolution curriculum that he expected to implement in schools across the country.
