The world many of the times moves ahead step-by-step as people and organizations modify their current framework: in order to improve the outcomes the government transform their service framework, and companies extends their product line by introducing new products. But each one at the same time-backed by leading thoughts-the world moves ahead in a vast leap to a basically new equilibrium. The authors argue that by two elements these paradigms have been transformedover the long run, which includes the modification in the government regulations and organization entrepreneurial development. At the same time, a third driver has developed between these two shafts, i.e. social entrepreneurship. The best part: social entrepreneurship ensures the equilibrium shifts that neither business, nor the government could attain to all alone.
