Walden Woods Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Walden Woods Case Solution

In 1984, both the owners Boston Properties (BP), obtained property in Concord, MA to construct a 147,000-square foot, first class suburban office building.

Environmental groups from around the state continued to form against BP's development alongside a nearby affordable housing development. The property market fell while the job was delayed. But by the spring of 1993, the marketplace was starting to recuperate and all required licenses had been received by BP. Linde and Zuckerman had to determine if they were to sell, at what cost, and whether to carry on with the development or sell to the environmental group opposing them.

This is just an excerpt. This case is about INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP
