The executive director of a daycare is challenging to evaluate the way to address legal, financial and security issues stemming with an event - two months past, a two-year old lad had broken his leg.
The executive director felt she had handled the event reasonably nicely despite having no formal training in public relations or disaster management: it seemed as though everything at the daycare had returned to normal. Still, the executive director could not cease stressing that the daycare might experience further fallout from the incident.
