Ring-a-Wing (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In late August 2004, Chris Higgins was forced into the unenviable position of determining the future of Ring-A-Wing, London, Ontario-based fast-food producer of premium chicken wings with home delivery. After a personal loan to a friend, willing to invest in the business, the situation passed in less than nine months from Higgins to be a passive lender to be a significant investor, sitting in bankruptcy meeting trying to determine the future of the business.
