In the month of August 2011, Shanghai and China are in a real estate bubble. Nevertheless, the office leasing market is apparently still healthy. Camille Ping has a 2000 square meter renter prospect, Advanced Furniture Systems, to move into Corporate Avenue, a new 67,000 square meter first class office building which is part of the Shui On Land Taipingqiao development in Puxi.
