Real-time adaptation is crucial in an unpredictable world today. Revision is because many organizations to adapt to a fluid reality. This article assumes that leaders must develop the capacity of real-time adaptation, because it is impossible to anticipate and plan for each case. Super-flexibility is one of the ways to achieve real-time adaptation. The term is a general concept that encompasses agility and flexibility as well as stability and reliability.
