Hebei Dawu Group: Building the First Family Business Constitution in China Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case is "Family Business of the Constitution", created by the founder of Dawu Group, Sun Dawu. It was the only such system in China today. The system has allowed the group to survive near-fatal problems. The case starts with the problems of Sun Dawu issues: wages, increasing demand from the newly elected member of the board of directors, the doubts of some leaders of the constitutional system, and suspicion of outside experts and journalists within the group.
