This case is "Family Business of the Constitution", created by the founder of Dawu Group, Sun Dawu. It was the only such system in China today. The system has allowed the group to survive near-fatal problems. The case starts with the problems of Sun Dawu issues: wages, increasing demand from the newly elected member of the board of directors, the doubts of some leaders of the constitutional system, and suspicion of outside experts and journalists within the group. The case examines the history of Dawu, "Family Business Constitution" System and Sun Dawu approach taken to address the issue of succession.
