The dust has settled, and in 2001-2002, the corporate scandals in the rearview mirror for most executives and managers. However, there is still upward trend in white-collar crime, which could negatively affect everything from the confidence of investors, the shareholder confusion, to the extent that public opinion and the social responsibility of the company's reputation. We believe that a formal condemnation of the sanctions is added into the traditional options penalty fines and prison sentences for convicted white-collar offenders.
