Sasken is a wireless communication software company operating in India. The company facilitates different vendors by outsourcing research and development for them. The main focus of the company was designing electrical tools, but later it diversified into other segments which included communication software services. The company was expert in development of communication software for different vendors and manufacturers. Company also owned subsidiaries in different countries such as China, US, Finl and Mexico.

Japan has been a pioneer in wireless internet services as it is leading in cellular manufacturing and operations. Japan has contributed 32% in mobile handset market of Asia Pacific. Moreover, the Japanese market was mainly focusing Linux Platform. As a result, the mobile downloads in Japan was higher in comparison with purchasing music and it was calculated to 432 million.

Perform Quality Assurance:

The quality assurance determined the process of testifying the requirements of quality and its measured results from different measurements such as different charts used for measurement of quality, in order to determine the level of quality standards followed by the company. Besides, it also determines whether the functioning is being done properly. This process should always be based upon the foundation of continuous improvement.

Control Quality:

In order to deal with ambiguous customerrequirements, Sasken has prepared following steps:

  1. To deal with the limitation of time and reducing the product cycle time, the company had increased its team members andhave also trained its junior employees to reduce time of production.
  2. The company had hired a Japanese translator in order to avoid communication barrier.
  3. To fulfill bugs requirement, company is using all of its resources. They are also focusing on constrained environments and the ways to get out of these constraints.
