After viewing a web browser and sectors, this case tells AOL dramatic negotiations with Netscape and Microsoft, over which the web browser will be used by the company to the online service. A ground-breaking deal was announced between AOL and Netscape Navigator to use as the "default" browser AOL, only to be undermined by the next day, AOL and Microsoft deal, which appointed Microsoft Explorer as the "preferred" browser AOL.
