The Space Shuttle Challenger Teleconference Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case is a historical description of the differences between the Apollo program, the Space Age and the Space Shuttle program in the background of the teleconference that took place on the night before the disaster space shuttle Challenger. Roger Boisjoly (Morton Thiokol engineers and the main character) is trying to convince NASA to postpone the launch of Challenger, which included Christa McAuliffe, a teacher participating in the Teacher in Space program.
