ReSource Pro Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Matt Bruno, founder and CEO of Resource Pro, left his job working for the New York-based insurance program shortly after the explosion of the World Trade Center and arrived in China. Originally, he planned to study English, but soon the entrepreneurial spirit in the country made it possible to begin the study. He returned to New York and told his former boss in allowing him to start back-office services firm for its clients of the insurance company, which has developed the resource Pro. By the end of 2007, the resource Pro employs 250 people, of which only four were American. With aggressive growth plans, Bruno began to consider the potential of cities in China for expansion.
