Sustainability at Millipore Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case describes an approach Millipore Corp., to become more environmentally sustainable companies. As he prepared for his quarterly meeting with the CEO, the Director of the stability needed to develop positions on a range of issues. Tactically, he needed to recommend whether the company should purchase carbon to meet its aggressive targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and whether to continue publicly reporting its greenhouse gas emissions and strategies, despite recent problems.
