Confidence in the joint capacity of innovation. Without a foundation of trust, cooperative unions can neither be built nor sustainable. Using a two-step qualitative research methods, we found that managers do not understand either the character or the dynamics of trust trust. In order to facilitate these knowledge gaps, we are here to develop a definition of joint trust, describing the trust framework maturity, and to discuss the competitiveness of trust.
