SpiffyTerm Inc.: January 2000 Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Fictional case SpiffyTerm, Inc, is designed to teach students about the term sheets are widely used in venture capital transactions. At the time of the case, the three founders of the company to concentrate on the meaning of the term sheet just received from the company Silicon Valley firm's capital (included in case) and, given the current and expected future rounds of funding, to work together to determine which evaluation and other conditions that they should trade.
