In August 2008, was a big explosion in the propane facility is located in Toronto, Ontario. Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) was a not-for-profit corporation that was responsible for the delivery of services to regulate and ensure technical safety, and came under the supervision of the Ministry of Small Business and Consumer Services (Department). On day four of the crisis, TSSA perceived as ineffective and the minister called a statement.
