Kit Hindrichs at Pentagram (B) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case focuses on Kit Hindrichs, 65-year-old partner of Pentagram, a private firm interdisciplinary project. One of the most prestigious firms in the world of design, the pentagram was founded by five designers from different disciplines in London in 1970. By 2008, the pentagram has remained small, with fewer than 30 partners, each a real star in his own right. Pentagram were two basic principles, the first of which was equity. The principle of equal treatment means that the leadership was evenly distributed partners experienced no more formal authority than the new partners, but only a formal leadership role was the chairman position, which, after being held by the founder for 30 years, has been rotated every two years .
