IBM: The Corporate Service Corps Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Describes the conception, development and enactment of the Corporate Services Corps (CSC), a global community service assignment for high-potential IBM workers.

The year 2008 was the pilot year of the CSC arrangement, and 100 of IBM's finest global employees were positioned to work for local partners, frequently non-governmental organizations (NGOs), in locations such as Ghana, Tanzania, Romania, Philippines and Vietnam.
