Eagle Services Asia Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This study chronicles the formation and transformation of Singapore joint company, Eagle Services Asia (ESA). The case describes some of the early startup problems, including automatic cut from the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). As a result of the shake-up of management ESA provides a fresh start and an opportunity to breathe new life into the company using the principles of lean management. Management decisions play a key role in the success of ESA, together with the discipline and training of the labor force.
