Code2014 was created for making Blacks and Latinos successful in IT sectors and to create entrepreneurs. This was founded by Tristan and Laura to provide coaching for students. The case further discusses Laura Weidman Powers finding financing for the organization and developing a team in a mission-driven organization, and additionally with her limitations as a first-time CEO.
