The hold on countries economical was only possible by making the firm as a local one in all the countries it operates. This involves the adaptation of each country’s cultural customs. Although, it is not possible to adopt the cultural values of each country especially in Japan and India. As Japan has developed and modern markets but has some serious concerns to include female at their place of work. This has thus imposed a challenge in accordance with D&I that it is not to change people but to educate people as many as possible and resolve the issue as Black Rock will never compromise on its D&I priority of gender diversity.

Conclusion:

The Black Rock was originated by the collaborated efforts of eight women with the culture background as street fighters. The company gained success by prioritizing diversity and inclusion vision in their firm. This idea was put forward with the assistance of BGI after its merger with Black Rock. However, with time the role played by women decreased and men were gaining superiority. In contrast, to bring the women back on track a number of organizational programs were established to encourage women to pursue their career.
