Adam Root, MD (B) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Adam Root, for as far as he could recall, wanted to be a doctor like his daddy. As a single parent, his dad raised four childen. Root idolize his father. Root was an exceptional student in high school and in medical school. Subsequent to finishing his residency, he joined a small private primary care practice in the Boston area.

The practice grew since the significant contribution of Root. Subsequent to a 10-year interval, the practice had grown in excess of 40 professionals. However Root was spending nearly every waking hour dedicated to the practice. He eventually reached the point of "burnout." He realized he had to do something and yet was not quite sure what to do. This is the an instance in a chain of three instances (B case: UV3948 and C case: UV3949).
