Volkswagen Navarra, 8th Collective Agreement (D) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The application proposed by the Spanish government on the labor reform was avoided by the union leaders, on the other hand the management of the Volkswagen (VW) succeeded to retain the healthy relationship with the unions and promoted the understandings by forming an agreement that ensured the bright future of the plants and its employees.
