Seeley was running since 2012. The summer program started its registration and its profits increased, but then reduced in the summer of 2014, the cause of which was not clear. Given its recent performance that was disappointing, the future of the plan now looked doubtful. The students are provided with compiling an extensive budget for the summer program of the school taking into consideration revenues from tuition income and the plan's fixed and variable costs. Therefore, the question arises if the school is getting enough in tuition for each of its distinct class of pupils (boarders, day pupils, and internationals) based on the services they use?
