Material that can be trained include quantity survey method (from the case); assessing preliminary estimated costs per building trade (from the discussion questions); playing the bash real time aggressive bid simulation to obtain and process market expenses; and debriefing on which bid should be acknowledged and why.
Discussion points comprise what standards to use in making the decision, how to process subcontractor bids, and the way to give contract. Several of the issues can be extended from building into any business and any command scenario with sellers or multiple adviser.
