The Service Imperative Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Services designed to dominate the economies of the world (such as the U.S., Germany and Finland) are becoming increasingly important in developing countries, including China and India. However, most companies, national governments, and universities do not put a lot of energy in the operation of research, innovation and education. It is an ironic juxtaposition of facts led us, along with others, to promote the emphasis on research service and innovation in companies and institutions. We call this "service required". In this paper, we present our view of the service must be as a burning platform that creates hope for the future of many areas of the world economy. We believe that companies and countries that cover the service will need to thrive and benefit, and the will of people who are doing the same thing.
