In the year 2015, I-PASS Handoff Program Team, being led by six specialist medical practitioners throughout U.S, must decide most appropriate manner to spread-out the program that demonstrated downward trend in communication errors in patient handoffs in hospital settings. It must decide whether it must turn into a standalone company, continue publishing in journals, license their content to experienced medial vendor or do a mixture of these. This case enables students to develop and evaluate ways to demonstrate and evaluate ways to ramble simple and proven innovations with intricate service settings.
