Hanguk Industries manager, Peter Lee has been confronting difficulties - his star hire, Dylan Pierce, is threatening to leave. Hanguk is a sizable Korean conglomerate multinational that's been keen to entice foreigners.
Dylan, who is gay and who boomed at the California office in Hanguk, immediately runs afoul of the traditional culture at Hanguk's Korean HQ. Dylan's chief in Korea tells him he needs to be less "girly" if he needs to succeed in the company. Confounded, and angered, humiliated, Dylan tells Peter he's prepared to give up. Peter must answer.
