Its customers were aging, although it had made horse race betting a game that was favorite in Hong Kong. To alter this, the Club established a project to make the game more enjoyable for its customers of the technology-savvy generation.Predicated on the current technological developments along with market research, the project team set out to develop the world's biggest betting amusement tables. The team aimed to design them in a sense that fit the lifestyle of the young and tech-savvy customers, allowing them to enjoy horse race gambling in a manner that was societal and more intuitive. However this implied substantial technical and organizational challenges on the way. Two years after its concept, two tables were found. The target customers were met with the betting experience, but to what extent would these tables improve the Club's long term outlook?
