Brooklyn, New York, area Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass (DUMBO) recovery observed since the late 1970s. Business district improvement district (BID) is charged with complementary efforts in New York in several areas, including security, sanitation, marketing, advertising programs, repair and improvement.
