The purpose of CIM (Credit Insurance Management) project was the complete restructuring of the IT systems that support the management and marketing of credit insurance products offered CanLife, a major Canadian life insurance companies. The project is scheduled to run for two years. At the stage of development of two new sub-projects have been added, without apparent difficulty. The system was finally delivered in October 1998, on time and within budget.
