The (D) case, 4th in a series of 5, closes a significant loop exposed in the preceding (B) and (C) cases, which concentrated on modifications in the editorial company and operations of the Telegraph Media Group: making the modification, which was viewed as a necessary in the (A) case, worthwhile by changing the industrial company, whose duty it is to bring earnings from advertisers and to try to find other methods to "generate income from" the Telegraph's substantial financial investment in digitization.
