The incentives offered to the employees are bonuses based on the performance of the employees and the bonuses are in the form of shares and cash.

The recognition of achievement of targets at work is made in the public, which makes the employees work in a healthy and competitive environment. The company provides chances to its employees to work with innovation and so they are allowed to interact with other departments at the time of need. They are also allowed to interact with other employees and share their point of views for a time period of 12 to 15 hours per week.

The 3M Company and my company are of different natures but the similarities are quite a lot. The company I work in is a packaging company, which also does printing of the packages. However, the communication system used in 3M and in my company is the same.

The informal communication system leads the culture of the organization and every part of the information reaches the required level to either solve the matter or to take advantage of the situation. The company also uses the same method uses to align the strategy with the organization and with the employee’s objectives.

The company maintains a healthy environment in the organization and allows the employees to interact and to pass on information that is required to be conveyed. The only difference between the companies is that the company has less level of hierarchy as the communication system in my company is faster than 3M as the level of management are less................
