Reflections on (Schumpeterian) Leadership: Report on a Seminar on Leadership and Management Education Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Based on the works of the leadership seminar held at the University of California, Berkeley, November 17, 2003. Discussion of some of the central issues in the field of leadership, some of the internal stresses in the field, and the relationship between theory and practice of leadership. The seminar was attended by four eminent scientists and business leaders to discuss leadership. They addressed the following questions: What is praiseworthy and what is despicable leadership? What is the role of leadership in business studies and school curriculum? What is the relationship between leaders and managers? How to manage the nature of leadership?
