Managing Director and Director of Operations for Thailand hand made in Taiwan and Thailand, a joint venture (JV) are experiencing serious difficulties. Transferred from Taiwan to Thailand three years ago, they shared management responsibilities with other Taiwanese expatriates, two in North America, and several Thai leaders.
