27 years old HELEN PRIANO is the manufacturing manager at ‘GENERAL GRAIN’S CERREAL FACILITY’. Before she worked as a product manager in a factory which produced powdered drink mix. She worked there for two years.

She always wanted to work as a fair leader and maintain a good reputation. She wants to be famous for these to qualities of her.

But now she has to deal with 2 critical situations and make a wise decision that helps her not to be considered as unfair. One is whether she should fire an employee who has been serving for 30 years. Second is whether she should charge an employee who was caught stealing. She knows if she handles both these issues wisely, she can earn her reputation as a good leader. But she is also aware if she be unfair to anybody, it can ruin her image.
