Founded in 2007, Kunwu Jiuding Capital, Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Jiuding) is a Chinese private equity (PE) firm specializing in equity investments in late-stage, pre-IPO companies. Despite its short history, the company has secured a strong footing in the PE industry in China, with its enormous growth and a dazzling return on investment. Since 2011, 260 people were Jiuding and 6 yuan-denominated funds of 6 million yuan in government.
