International AIDS Vaccine Initiative Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Dedicated to accelerating the development of safe, effective, accessible, preventive HIV vaccines, the International Initiative for AIDS Vaccine (IAVI) new ways to address the lack of incentive structures, which have hampered the progress of AIDS vaccines and other diseases that affect mainly poor people in tropical countries. As an intermediary non-profit organization, IAVI gathered partners from different perspectives and motivations of non-commercial, industrial, governmental and research sector in the development of vaccines.
