Cutting the Strategy in Diamond in High-Technology Ventures Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This paper presents the "Strategy Diamond", which takes place received the theory of strategic management through the integration of positional representation and resource-based view, the development and implementation of the strategy and the choice of the internal environment of the company in a relatively simple conceptual framework of the dynamic forces driving the evolution of firm. The article suggests that this structure may be useful to stimulate further research, to travel to the dynamic theory of strategy. The strategy diamond facilitates understanding of the dynamic interactions between the logic of the strategy and execution of strategy, and its jargon "natural form of language" can contribute to strategic conversations and help implement the strategic thinking in the organization.
