Conflict at Mehra, Jindal and Associates Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

There is a recent law school grad delighted to get work as a junior associate at an up and coming legal firm in New Delhi, India. Really on the verge of stopping, after three months, the young man is in spite of his first enthusiasm for the task. The firm has failed to fulfill its guarantees regarding settlement and also the type of the work assigned.

Subsequent to several unsuccessful efforts to rectify the situation, the young associate is left feeling angry, cheated and powerless. A string of unsuccessful arguments with his recent superior have left him all the more dissatisfied, as he believes that his boss has some sort of personal grudge against him. He wonders whether he should leave this job he so urgently wanted, or tough it out and watch for things to get better.
