“Captains of Lives” (A): The Transformation Journey of the Singapore Prison Service Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In the late 1990s, faced with several burning management issues, an increasing offender population, as well as an issue of policeman recruiting, the director of the Singapore Prison Service executed a methodical transformation procedure, developing a brand new paradigm for modern prison management which influenced the whole of Singaporean society.
