Aspects that Need to Apply After Launching Cash Payments:

After launching the cash payment method in the company, there are several aspects that need to be applied. These several aspects are

  • There is a need to the establishment of the cash management department
  • There is also a need to the establishment of the courier personals management department which will manage the receipt of the cash received by the courier personals all over the day. This will also record the courier’s personals that where they are going and what they will receive and how much company needs to collect from them.
  • In addition to this, there is also a need to the company to include the customer aspects in its model which helps the company to record the authentication of thee company that how much authentic they are in the form of the payments, order booking and order cancelling. It will also manage the customer reordering time.

Framework to Track the Competition:

All countries see competitiveness as a precondition for maintaining high levels of income and employment. Greater competitiveness will allow developing countries to eliminate their dependence on exports of some products and improve their skills and technological scale, which is essential to sustain rising commodity prices and pay and achieve greater economies of scale related with production. Competitiveness can be assessed at national or company level.

At the national level, this is defined as the ability of a country to produce products and services that meet international market standards while maintaining and increasing the real income of its population for a long time. It is generally believed that competitiveness in the international market depends on macroeconomic policies and conditions such as the trade policy and exchange rates, etc., as well as on the relative advantages of the country, which is based on its basic endowments like land, labor and capital.

There are a few exceptions such as the Singapore, for example, has become the most competitive country in the world and pursues a prudent policy of investing in institutions and human resources to compensate for the scarcity of natural resources and capital, thereby attracting foreign direct investment (FDI). It is generally believed that technological development plays an important role in economic competitiveness. However, economists are generally cautious when combining economic analysis with detailed discussions of technical and sometimes even apparently hostile issues.

Empirical methods used by economists tend to measure the impact of technology and technological change on “productivity”. The lack of a measurable correlation between changes in productivity and technological development (at least in the short term) makes it difficult to properly assess the impact of technology on economic development, growth and competitiveness.

In this case, if the company is going to track the competition, company needs to get the competitive advantage over competitors. First of all, company needs to find out the positive factor about their competitors which they are delivering to their customers. After getting that, company needs to improve their system according to the standards of their competitor and find out the response of his own customers. If they are satisfied then improve it more than the competitors in order to get the competitive edge over competitors.

For this purpose, there is a need to reduce the delivery time because if the food will deliver early to its ultimate consumers, the consumer will be happy and will order more in future. This will increase the company’s customer base as well as the loyalty in the form of the number of satisfied customers................................
