Best Western Italy (A): Creating an Authentizotic Organization by Putting People First Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The case go after the development of a year-long multi-module 'Make an Impact' programme for all of the 70 recruits of Best Western Italy, the European operations and uncertainties centre for Best Western International, a global hotel faction.  The programme was made to help people explore their particular personal and professional aims, and further to work along to redesign the mission and vision of the company.

The aim is really to unlock organizational energy, and to enhance trust and communication across all hierarchical levels. The outcomes included improvement in the Great Places to Work Institute Italia rank a restructuring of the senior executive level to develop a more level organization with more distributed direction; and six company-wide projects began by workers. The instance describes the necessary precursors for successful execution, including organizational readiness for change, although not only the programme design and the abilities and experience required of the trainers.
