Best Western Italy (C): Creating an Authentizotic Organization by Putting People First Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The case succeeds the progress of a year-long multi-module 'Make an inequality programme for all 70 recruits of Best Western Italy, the European process and reservations centre for Best Western International, a global hotel faction. The programme was made to work together to redesign the mission and vision of their organization, and then to help individuals explore their own personal and professional aims.

The aim is really to unlock organizational energy, and to enhance trust and communicating across all hierarchical levels. The results included development in the Great Places to Work Institute Italia standing a reorganization of the senior executive level to generate a flatter organization with more dispersed leadership; and six company-wide endeavors initiated by employees. The instance describes not just the abilities and experience and the programme design, but the necessary precursors for successful execution, including organizational readiness for change demanded of the coaches.
