”Being Change Agent”, is based on a three sections case study series placed in rural district of Assam in India. It illustrates the efforts carried out by Kuladhar Saikia, Deputy Inspector General of Police in the beginning of early 2000’s in order to undertake witchcraft-related offenses which were common in this isolated and economically backward portion of the country.
