The money helps the co-founders Citizens Connect, Chris Osgood and Nigel Jacob, an opportunity to expand their vision for citizen-engaged governance and civic innovation but it also desires two City of Boston figurehead sit together in a formal selection committee that challenges their original partner against another player who might fulfill the conditions for deliverance of a state-wide system.
